About me

I’m so excited to get to know you, so first it’s only fair that you get to know me! I’m a full-time mama living in Mitchell, Manitoba with my family of 6. When I’m not taking or editing photos, I love to spend my time taking on various DIY projects, watching Disney movies, thrifting, and having dance parties with my daughter.

I would generally consider myself an introvert, but I love meeting new people at every shoot and creating that personal connection to the photos that I’ll be spending hours editing. While I love a good posed shot, I find my favourite photos always come from those in between moments and fun prompts.

I started taking photos for fun around the time my daughter was born, but officially turned it into a business at the beginning of 2022. I took a couple of photography classes in high school and university, but have found my best learning has come from many, many hours of YouTube videos and lots of hands on practice!
